In January 2019 the Resource Centre launched Volunteer Sunshine Coast, a new coast-wide program that will help build capacity and sustainability of not-for-profit organizations and social enterprises and support the ever-growing demand for skilled knowledge volunteers.
This program has 4 key pillars:

Organizational members who have paid there membership fee will receive their sign in information and instructions for govolunteer.ca and can start posting volunteer opportunities immediately. If you have any trouble, please contact email@example.com.
Knowledge Philanthropists who have already joined our team or have been suggested will be contacted to begin to work together to develop this key pillar.
Individuals can stay connected by joining our monthly newsletter. We will share information about events like the Volunteer Fair (tentatively planned for Saturday, April 13, 2019), workshops, and other important community opportunities as well as links to govolunteer.ca for volunteer opportunities and Vantage Point for information on the volunteer sector.
The re-envisioning and building of this new program was made possible through one-time grants from:
