Curious to learn some new tools for self-care? Like how to de-stress, relax and create a little bit of balance day-to-day? Join us for the next 4 weeks as we explore Wellness Through Mindfulness with Lori Boland MSW., a counselor and educational facilitator.
In each of these 45 min sessions, Lori will lead several guided exercises designed to help you self-regulate, manage your stress, find hope, and care for yourself as you continue to care for others in your family and community.
