Seniors Program Manager
The Sunshine Coast Resource Centre is looking for a Seniors Program Manager to lead programs that support the well-being, independence, and inclusion of seniors on the Lower Sunshine Coast. This part-time leadership role (20 hrs/week) blends strategy, community engagement, and staff supervision. You’ll work with local partners, funders, and the Seniors Planning Table to address key issues like housing, transportation, caregiving, and social isolation.
We’re seeking someone to grow with us who has experience in program coordination, community engagement, and senior services—plus strong skills in collaboration, grant writing, and facilitation.

Navigation and Support Coordinator
The Sunshine Coast Resource Centre is looking for a compassionate and organized Navigation and Support Coordinator to help older adults on the Lower Sunshine Coast access community, health, and government services.
In this part-time role (20 hrs/week), you’ll provide one-to-one navigation support, connect seniors with local resources, and help strengthen their confidence, well-being, and sense of belonging. You’ll also support outreach activities, community engagement, and program reporting that contribute to a connected, caring Sunshine Coast.
