Tania Dacre-Ord is a retired member of the community on the Sunshine Coast. Previously working in Vancouver as the Assistant Vice President, HR Business Partnerships for the Canadian Western Bank (CWB). Tania and her husband Dave moved from Toronto to Vancouver in May 2017 as Tania joined CWB in supporting business leaders with a team of HR Business Partners across Canada. CWB was an Edmonton based company with branches and businesses throughout western Canada focused on commercial banking. CWB was acquired by the National Bank of Canada in 2025.
In 2019, Tania and Dave moved to the Sunshine Coast and settled in their home in Sechelt. Prior to moving to western Canada and working for CWB, Tania worked for TD Bank Group as a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner in Toronto. During her 30+ year career with TD Bank Group Tania held a number of positions within HR supporting various businesses such as branch banking, capital markets and product groups. Prior to moving into HR Tania was a branch manager in the retail network, and has held a number of positions within branch banking.
