Caregiver Support Program

The Sunshine Coast Caregivers Support Program acknowledges, appreciates, and supports Sunshine Coast residents who are caregivers to a family member, friend, or client. We provide compassionate listening and offer resources and information that you can access in a variety of ways. Connect with a trained coordinator to get started. Call or text 604-885-4088.

CAREGIVERS ON THE COAST SUPPORT GROUP

 

Are you a caregiver or know someone who is?

Many caregivers don’t self-identify and miss valuable resources and support. Our Caregivers on the Coast Support Group provides a welcoming space to share stories, tips, and local resources. Led by experienced caregiver BJ Doyle, this group offers empathy and guidance for every caregiving journey, whether you’re supporting someone young, old, or in between. All are welcome!

Meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month at 2pm, alternating between Sechelt, Gibsons, and online via Zoom. RSVP is appreciated but not required. Contact caregiversupport@resourcecentre.ca or call or text: 604-885-4088
