Caregiver Support Program

The Sunshine Coast Caregivers Support Program acknowledges, appreciates, and supports Sunshine Coast residents who are caregivers to a family member, friend, or client. We provide compassionate listening and offer resources and information that you can access in a variety of ways. Connect with a trained coordinator to get started. Call or text 604-885-4088.

Our Coordinator can help support caregivers in a variety of ways and provides flexible support options including:

  • One-to-one support (including emotional support)
  • Support Groups
  • Healthcare system navigation
  • Connection to community services
  • Knowledge and skill enhancement
CAREGIVERS ON THE COAST SUPPORT GROUP & Workshops

Are you a caregiver or know someone who is?

Many caregivers don’t self-identify and miss valuable resources and support. Caregivers on the Coast is a caring community offering caregiver support groups and workshops on a range of topics.

Our facilitated support groups are facilitated group includes open discussion, shared experiences, and information about local supports. This is a welcoming space to share, learn, and connect with others who understand the caregiving journey. All are welcome!
