Our Coordinator can help support caregivers in a variety of ways and provides flexible support options including:
- One-to-one support (including emotional support)
- Support Groups
- Healthcare system navigation

CAREGIVERS ON THE COAST SUPPORT GROUP & Workshops
Are you a caregiver or know someone who is?
Many caregivers don’t self-identify and miss valuable resources and support. Our Caregivers on the Coast Support Group provides a welcoming space to share stories, tips, and local resources. This group offers empathy and guidance for every caregiving journey, whether you’re supporting someone young, old, or in between. All are welcome!

Join us for a special presentation from Family Caregivers of BC, led by trained Volunteer Ambassadors. Learn practical tools for self-compassion, resilience, and wellbeing while connecting with free provincial caregiver supports.
The presentation will include:
- Understanding the emotional & physical impacts of caregiving
- Tools for self-care & building resilience
- Access to FCBC’s free supports
- Gentle reflection on why caring for yourself matters
