Our Coordinator can help support caregivers in a variety of ways and provides flexible support options including:
- One-to-one support (including emotional support)
- Support Groups
- Healthcare system navigation
- Connection to community services
- Knowledge and skill enhancement
CAREGIVERS ON THE COAST SUPPORT GROUP & Workshops
Are you a caregiver or know someone who is?
Many caregivers don’t self-identify and miss valuable resources and support. Caregivers on the Coast is a caring community offering caregiver support groups and workshops on a range of topics.
Our facilitatedsupport groups are facilitated group includes open discussion, shared experiences, and information about local supports.
This is a welcoming space to share, learn, and connect with others who understand the caregiving journey. All are welcome!
