Courtney is a mom of two who has lived on the Sunshine Coast for the past nine years. Originally from Port Coquitlam and the Lower Mainland, she has built strong roots in the community and is passionate about supporting local families. Outside of work, Courtney enjoys spending time on her hobby farm, attending concerts, and expressing her love for fashion.
Courtney’s journey at the Resource Centre began as a once-a-week volunteer and evolved into a part-time role supporting the Community Info Hub. Today, she is a key member of the team as the Caregiver Support Coordinator, where she helps connect caregivers on the Coast with resources, programs, and meaningful support.
She has completed Caregiver Training at Douglas College and Caregiver Support Group Facilitator Training through Family Caregivers of BC, equipping her with the skills and knowledge to effectively support caregivers in the community.
