Shannon has been a resident of the Sunshine Coast for 28 years, where she and her husband have raised their three children. Deeply connected to the community, she has been actively involved in local initiatives and outdoor recreation that reflect her commitment to collaboration, leadership, and community well-being.
Shannon brings a strong background in organizational leadership, strategic planning, and community development, with experience spanning both the nonprofit and corporate sectors. She has led teams through growth and change, developed programs that strengthen community connections, and worked closely with partners across sectors to create lasting impact. Her leadership is grounded in values of inclusion, integrity, and collaboration, bringing people together to solve challenges and build stronger, more resilient communities.
