Fred has lived on the Sunshine Coast for 8 years, but has been a volunteer for the past 40 years – for the Salvation Army, at Arrowhead Clubhouse, and now at the Sunshine Coast Resource Centre. Fred likes to walk, to chat with others, and to spread the word about programs that people might not know about.
