TraC is a member-based organization that works to support healthy communities and reduce the Sunshine Coast’s carbon footprint by promoting more active and sustainable transportation alternatives to private vehicles, including cycling, walking, and transit.
Types of Potential Volunteer Opportunities Available:
- Pender Harbour Rep and HMB rep
- Social Media
- Schools liaison
- Event volunteers:
- Bike Valet
- Bike tune-ups
- Monthly road sweeping
Volunteer Opportunities are also available at events such as Slow Food Cycle, Car Free Days, Bike to Work/School days
