Miranda Beall and her husband made a life-changing decision to relocate to the beautiful Sunshine Coast in 2016. With a solid foundation in non-profit outdoor education, she transitioned to the financial services sector, where she spent 13 years working in credit unions. Her work included leading social impact initiatives, embedding Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, and building community partnerships through education, grants, and events.
Today, Miranda is an Executive Leadership Coach and Facilitator, dedicated to supporting individuals and organizations as they go through complexity, change, and growth. She holds a Master’s in Executive Leadership and is both a Certified Executive Coach, and a Trauma-Informed Coach. Her practice is grounded in values-based leadership and resilience-building, helping leaders move from reaction to intentional action.
Miranda envisions a future where meaningful work is rooted in relationships where organizations lead with purpose, prioritize well-being, and build cultures of trust. Through her coaching practice, she works with mission-driven individuals and teams to align values with strategy, cultivate psychological safety, and lead from a place of clarity and compassion.
Passionate about financial empowerment and poverty reduction, Miranda has delivered financial literacy workshops to over 1,000 individuals across transition houses, high schools, seniors’ centres, newcomer groups, and First Nations communities. She finds deep fulfillment in service and brings a thoughtful, heart-led, and strategic lens to all her work, including her contributions to the Resource Centre’s mission and vision for a more connected, equitable community.
