TRAC’s purpose is to promote the legal protection of residential tenants across British Columbia by providing information, education, support and research on residential tenancy matters. This includes tenant and landlord rights and responsibilities including tenancy agreements, condition inspection reports, roommates, utilities, and insurance. TRAC can also help tenants understand the dispute resolution process.
