Join Canada’s longest-running summer gathering of writers and readers, featuring both literary stars and emerging voices, with opportunities to mingle in Rockwood’s heritage gardens. The Sunshine Coast Festival of the Written Arts proudly takes place on the unceded traditional lands of the shíshálh People and strives to be a respectful ally through word and action.

TYPES OF VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

• Board of Directors: Help guide the festival’s vision, planning, and governance.

• Event Volunteers: Assist during the festival with setup, guest support, ticketing, information booths, and other on-site tasks.
